  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; providing for independent 
  1.3             school district No. 422, Glencoe, to transfer funds 
  1.4             from its debt redemption fund to the capital 
  1.5             expenditure fund. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; GLENCOE.] 
  1.8      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 121.912, or any 
  1.9   other law to the contrary, on June 30, 1995, independent school 
  1.10  district No. 422, Glencoe, may permanently transfer any amount 
  1.11  not currently needed from its debt redemption fund to the 
  1.12  capital expenditure fund.
