  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to fuels; exempting premium gasoline sold for 
  1.3             use in motorized watercraft from minimum oxygen 
  1.4             content levels; amending Minnesota Statutes 1994, 
  1.5             section 239.791, by adding a subdivision. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 239.791, is 
  1.8   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.9      Subd. 2a.  [EXEMPTION FOR PREMIUM GASOLINE.] Except as 
  1.10  required by federal law, premium gasoline as described in 
  1.11  section 239.751, subdivision 4, sold or offered for sale at a 
  1.12  marina for use in motorized watercraft is not subject to the 
  1.13  requirement of subdivision 1.
