  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to fuels; exempting premium gasoline from 
  1.3             minimum oxygen content levels; amending Minnesota 
  1.4             Statutes 1994, section 239.791, by adding a 
  1.5             subdivision. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 239.791, is 
  1.8   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.9      Subd. 2a.  [EXEMPTION FOR PREMIUM GASOLINE.] Except as 
  1.10  required by federal law, premium gasoline as described in 
  1.11  section 239.751, subdivision 4, sold or offered for sale is not 
  1.12  subject to the requirement of subdivision 1.
