  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to fuels; exempting premium gasoline from 
  1.3             minimum oxygen content levels; amending Minnesota 
  1.4             Statutes 1994, section 239.791, by adding a 
  1.5             subdivision. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 239.791, is 
  1.8   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.9      Subd. 2a.  [EXEMPTION FOR PREMIUM GASOLINE.] Except as 
  1.10  required by federal law, premium gasoline as described in 
  1.11  section 239.751, subdivision 4, sold or offered for use in a 
  1.12  recreational vehicle as defined in section 84.90, subdivision 1, 
  1.13  is not subject to the requirement of subdivision 1.
