  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5   Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION REDUCTIONS; SUMMARY.] 
  1.6      Subdivision 1.  [SUMMARY.] The amounts set forth in 
  1.7   parentheses in the column headed "APPROPRIATION REDUCTIONS" are 
  1.8   reductions from appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 
  1.9   30, 1995.

  2.27     Sec. 2.  [AGENCY DUTIES TO UNALLOT.] 
  2.28     Each agency of the executive branch shall unallot as 
  2.29  necessary to accomplish its reductions.  Each executive branch 
  2.30  agency shall provide a listing to the commissioner of finance, 
  2.31  the chair of the senate finance committee, and the chair of the 
  2.32  ways and means committee of the house of representatives by May 
  2.33  1, 1995, of the appropriation accounts to be reduced.  The 
  2.34  commissioner of finance shall effect these reductions by June 
  2.35  15, 1995.  
  2.36     Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  2.37     This act is effective the day following final enactment.
