  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money to 
  1.3             reimburse Benton county for landfill cleanup costs. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $1,475,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of the pollution control agency for reimbursement 
  1.8   of closure and cleanup costs incurred by Benton county and its 
  1.9   political subdivisions.
