  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 103G.301, 
  1.7   subdivision 4, is amended to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 4.  [REFUND OF FEES PROHIBITED.] A permit application 
  1.9   or field inspection fee may not shall be refunded for any 
  1.10  reason, even if the application is denied or withdrawn.
