  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to agriculture; appropriating money for 
  1.3             continuation of certain legal actions against the 
  1.4             United States Department of Agriculture. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $100,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of agriculture for continuation of legal action 
  1.9   against the United States Department of Agriculture for 
  1.10  inequities in the federal milk marketing orders system.  This 
  1.11  appropriation is available for either fiscal year of the 
  1.12  biennium ending June 30, 1997.
