A bill for an act
relating to state government; prohibiting the addition of a community rooftop
garden at the State Office Building.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin STATE OFFICE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION; COMMUNITY
ROOFTOP GARDENS PROHIBITED.

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 16B.2406, or any other law to the contrary,
improvements to the State Office Building must not include the addition of a community
rooftop garden.
