A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; providing that the Detroit Lakes wastewater treatment
project is eligible for 80 percent of costs.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin POINT SOURCE IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM; DETROIT LAKES.

new text begin Notwithstanding the limitations on grants in Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.073,
subdivision 1, the city of Detroit Lakes is eligible to receive a grant for up to 80 percent of
eligible project costs of the city's wastewater treatment facility phosphorus removal project.
