BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Education in the fiscal years
designated.

The appropriation must be used to help school districts and charter schools use, analyze,
and interpret the data from Minnesota Comprehensive Assessments in a timely manner to
improve instruction for individual students.
