relating to economic development; appropriating money for a grant to Enterprise
Minnesota, Inc.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; ENTERPRISE MINNESOTA, INC.

new text begin $1,750,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $1,750,000 in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant
to Enterprise Minnesota, Inc. Of this appropriation, $875,000 per year is for the small
business growth acceleration program under Minnesota Statutes, section 116O.115, and
$875,000 per year is for operations under Minnesota Statutes, sections 116O.01 to 116O.061.
