A bill for an act
relating to game and fish; establishing an angling fee
for seniors; amending Minnesota Statutes 2004, section
97A.475, subdivision 6.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 97A.475,
subdivision 6, is amended to read:
Subd. 6.
Resident fishing.
Fees for the following
licenses, to be issued to residents only, are:
(1) to take fish by angling new text begin for persons under age 65new text end , $17;
(2) new text begin to take fish by angling for persons age 65 and over,
$6.50;

(3) new text end to take fish by angling, for a combined license for a
married couple, $25;
