A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; appropriating money for capital improvements
on the Red Lake Indian Reservation.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin SOCIAL SERVICE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND
WHITEFEATHER MOE TECHNOLOGY CENTER REMODEL; RED LAKE
INDIAN RESERVATION.

new text begin $10,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
employment and economic development for a grant to the Red Lake Indian Reservation to:

new text begin (1) construct a building to house the social services of Oshkimahdahtah in Redby; and
new text end

new text begin (2) remodel the Whitefeather Moe Technology Center to return space to classrooms
and laboratories for educational purposes.
