BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$500,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2008, and $500,000 for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 2009, are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
public safety for African-American juvenile crime prevention grants under Minnesota
Statutes, section 299A.2994.
