relating to health; appropriating money for home visiting system infrastructure
and program standards.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $....... is appropriated in fiscal year 2016 from the general fund to the commissioner
of health to develop:

new text begin (1) a statewide home visiting system that includes uniform infrastructure for training,
technical assistance, and data reporting; and

new text begin (2) program standards to be used to provide a common framework of service
delivery and accountability across home visiting programs used in the state.

new text begin This is a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2017.
