relating to public health; requiring labeling of certain vaccines containing human
DNA; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 145.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin Vaccines manufactured using human fetal or embryonic cell lines, proteins,
deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), recombinant DNA, monoclonal antibodies, or any other
components derived from human tissue must be clearly labeled as being derived from or
manufactured using such human fetal or embryonic tissue and containing such human
fetal or embryonic DNA components in particular vaccines.
