  1.2             relating to natural resources; modifying provisions 
  1.3             for renewal of game and fish agent license agreements. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [GAME AND FISH AGENT LICENSE AGREEMENTS.] 
  1.6      The commissioner of natural resources may not refuse to 
  1.7   renew a game and fish license agent agreement to sell licenses 
  1.8   electronically based solely on the volume of licenses sold by 
  1.9   the agent.
