relating to clean water; appropriating money for a grant for water treatment
equipment.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$2,500,000 in fiscal year 2016 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the
commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency for a grant to the city of Paynesville to
add an air stripping treatment process to a water treatment plant for removal of volatile
organic compounds.
