BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

As part of the invasive species management program under Minnesota Statutes,
section 84D.02, subdivisions 1 and 2, the commissioner of natural resources shall establish
a pilot project for the control of Eurasian water milfoil on Green Lake in Kandiyohi
County.
