BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$250,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2018 from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the Bois Forte Tribal Employment
Rights Organization (TERO) for an American Indian workforce development training pilot
project.
