A bill for an act
relating to crimes; requiring suspension of driver's
license for 30 days if defendant convicted of theft of
gasoline; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota
Statutes, chapter 171.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin The commissioner of
public safety shall suspend for 30 days the license of any
person convicted or juvenile adjudicated delinquent for theft of
gasoline under section 609.52, subdivision 2, clause (1).

"gasoline" has the meaning given it in section 296A.01,
subdivision 23.
