relating to economic development; appropriating money for a grant to 180 Degrees.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $200,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $200,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from the
workforce development fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development
for a grant to 180 Degrees to expand their job readiness training program to: young adults
in group homes; sexually exploited girls at Brittany's Place; and men who have recently
been released from prison at the Clifton Residence.
