BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $1,282,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the
Public Facilities Authority for a grant under Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.07, to the
city of Mahnomen for improvements to the city's water infrastructure. This grant is not
subject to the project priority list set forth in Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.07, subdivision
4.
