BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; SMALL CITIES ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.

new text begin $12,500,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $12,500,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation for the small cities assistance
program under Minnesota Statutes, section 162.145. This is a onetime appropriation.
