coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 3.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin [3.193] THREE-DAY AVAILABILITY FOR UNREPORTED
MEASURES.

new text begin Except during the last seven legislative days in a regular legislative session, it shall
not be in order for either body of the legislature to consider a bill or joint resolution which
has been reported by a committee until the third calendar day on which such measure
has been available to members and the public, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or legal
holidays, except when the house is in session on such a day.
