 relating to agriculture; extending the agricultural fertilizer research and education
program and council; amending Minnesota Statutes 2016, sections 18C.70,
subdivision 5; 18C.71, subdivision 4.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 18C.70, subdivision 5, is amended to read:
