 relating to residential construction; providing for lead poisoning prevention;
modifying effective dates; amending Laws 2010, chapter 321, sections 1; 2; 3.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2010, chapter 321, section 1, the effective date, is amended to read:


EFFECTIVE DATE.
