relating to transportation; changing expiration date of Mississippi River Parkway
Commission to 2012; amending Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 161.1419,
subdivision 8.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 161.1419, subdivision 8, is amended to
read:
Subd. 8.
Expiration.
The commission expires on June 30, deleted text begin 2007deleted text end new text begin 2012new text end .
