BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin FUNDING FOR MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE COUNSELING.

$....... is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal year 2016 to the commissioner
of the Housing Finance Agency, for a grant to the Minnesota Home Ownership Center
to provide funding for mortgage foreclosure counseling of residents of this state who
face mortgage foreclosure.
