A bill for an act
relating to higher education; prohibiting postsecondary institutions from
sponsoring certain informational campaigns; proposing coding for new law in
Minnesota Statutes, chapter 135A.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

INFORMATIONAL CAMPAIGNS.

A public postsecondary institution shall not sponsor, support, advertise, or in any
way participate in or promote an informational campaign, public education project, or any
series of operations or efforts that utilizes a message that may be construed as racially
discriminatory.
