A bill for an act
 relating to capital improvements; modifying a previous appropriation related
to the DR-1941 area; amending Laws 2010, Second Special Session chapter
1, article 1, section 9, subdivision 5.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2010, Second Special Session chapter 1, article 1, section 9,
subdivision 5, is amended to read:


Subd. 5.

Dam Renovation and Removal

To provide cost share for the renovation or
removal of publicly owned dams new text begin and for

sections 103G.511 and 103G.515.
