A bill for an act
 relating to liquor; modifying off-sale intoxicating liquor sales; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 340A.504, subdivision 4.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 340A.504, subdivision 4, is amended to
read:


Subd. 4.

Intoxicating liquor; off-sale.

No sale of intoxicating liquor may be made
by an off-sale licensee:

(1) new text begin before 12:00 p.m. or after 10:00 p.m. new text end on Sundays;

(2) before 8:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. on Monday through Saturday;

(3) on Thanksgiving Day;

(4) on Christmas Day, December 25; or

(5) after 8:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve, December 24.
