A bill for an act
relating to the arts and cultural heritage fund; appropriating money to the
Minnesota State Band.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MINNESOTA STATE BAND.

new text begin $25,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $25,000 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated from
the arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for a grant to the
Minnesota State Band to promote and increase public performances across Minnesota, and
to preserve the history of the state band.
