A bill for an act
relating to state government; requiring commissioner of administration to
provide rehearsal space for the state band; amending Minnesota Statutes 2014,
section 16B.24, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 16B.24, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

The commissioner must provide free rehearsal space in the
Capitol Area to the Minnesota State Band.
