609B.331 CRIME AGAINST THE PERSON CONVICTION; PREDATORY OFFENDER
REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
A person convicted of a crime against the person as defined in section243.167, subdivision
1 , and meeting the conditions listed under section
243.167, subdivision 2, is required to register as
a predatory offender under section 243.166.
