     325F.40 Violations; penalties.  

    Any person, company, or corporation violating any of the 
 provisions of sections 325F.35 to 325F.39 shall be deemed guilty 
 of a misdemeanor; and, upon conviction thereof, for the first 
 offense, punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than 
 $50 and for each subsequent offense by a fine of not less than 
 $50 nor more than $200.
