2001 Minnesota Statutes

     270.39 Construction.  

    Sections 270.31 to 270.39 shall be broadly construed to 
 achieve the purpose stated in the policy section.  The 
 invalidity of any provision shall be deemed not to affect the 
 validity of other provisions.
