     93.12 Forfeiture of permits and leases. 

    In the event the holder of such permit or lease shall fail 
 to comply with all the provisions contained in sections 93.08 to 
 93.12 to be performed or observed by the holder and such default 
 shall continue for a period of 30 days the commissioner of 
 natural resources upon 30 days' notice to the holder of such 
 permit or lease by certified mail to the address of such holder 
 as shown by the records of the commissioner of natural resources 
 may declare such permit or lease and all rights acquired 
 thereunder forfeited.  Upon the filing of the order of 
 forfeiture with the commissioner of natural resources all rights 
 under such lease or permit shall cease.
