     18.151 Cost of state's service; refundment.  

    The actual cost to the state of any service rendered or 
 expense incurred by the department of agriculture and department 
 of natural resources under the provisions of sections 18.041 to 
 18.161 to or for the benefit of any mosquito abatement board 
 shall be billed to the mosquito abatement board benefiting 
 therefrom and be paid by it as other expenses of mosquito 
 abatement.
