     355.49 Reimbursement of administrative costs of state 
  agency.  

    Each department or agency of state and each political 
 subdivision employing members of the association shall reimburse 
 the state agency for its pro rata share of the cost of 
 administration of said agency in accordance with rules of the 
 state agency, except as provided in section 355.46.  Such 
 reimbursements shall be paid into the state agency's revolving 
 fund.
