1997 Minnesota Statutes

     376.03 Question submitted to voters. 

    If a majority of the electors of any county voting upon the 
 proposition at any election at which the question of purchasing 
 and constructing hospital buildings under section 376.02 is 
 submitted vote in favor of the proposition, the county board 
 shall purchase, and construct these buildings and make the 
 improvements necessary to fit the buildings for hospital 
 purposes.
