Subdivision 1.Citation.
This section may be cited as the Uniform Previous Determination Next Previous of Next Previous Death Next Act.
Subd. 2. Previous Determination Next Previous of Next Previous death Next .
An individual is dead if the individual sustains irreversible cessation Previous of Next :
(1) circulatory and respiratory functions; or
(2) all functions Previous of Next the entire brain, including the brain stem.
A Previous determination Next Previous of Next Previous death must be made in accordance with generally accepted medical standards.
