2795.2000 MINORS AS AGENTS AND SOLICITORS.

Subpart 1.

Licenses.

Insurance agents' licenses will not be issued to minors.

Subp. 2.

Solicitors.

In the absence of other objections, minors will be licensed as solicitors upon proper application.
