"Election cycle" means the period from January 1 of an even-numbered year until December 31 of an odd-numbered year.
"Home county" means the county where the administrative offices of a municipality or school district are located.
"Municipal clerk" means the person authorized or required to administer elections in a municipality.
"School district clerk" means the person authorized or required to administer the school district election.
"Training authority" means a county auditor and designees or the municipal election official to whom the county auditor has delegated election judge training duties.
"Training program" means a system of instruction to promote the competence of election officials by supplying necessary information to improve election-related skills.
