An act

relating to highways; removing Route No. 332 from trunk highway system;

repealing Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 161.115, subdivision 263.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

REPEALER.

Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 161.115, subdivision 263, is repealed.

EFFECTIVE DATE.

This section is effective the day after the commissioner of transportation sends notice to the revisor of statutes electronically or in writing that the conditions required to transfer the route have been satisfied.
