BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
     Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
    Minnesota Statutes 1990, section 606.03, is repealed. 
    Presented to the governor April 3, 1991
