Relating to education; modifying graduation standards and certain requirements
for implementation of the profile of learning; providing for local assessment of
students for content standards achievement purposes; requiring the commissioner
of children, families and learning to amend certain graduation rules through the
expedited process to reduce the number of content standards for graduation, to
amend the required content standards in certain learning areas and to phase in
the scoring criteria; repealing the requirement for additional days of student
instruction and certain district requirements for implementation of the profile
of learning(ra)
