responder registration provisions and medical response unit qualifications;
modifying emergency medical technician (EMT) certification provisions and
establishing advanced emergency medical technician (AEMT) and paramedic
certification provisions; modifying and establishing EMT, AEMT, and paramedic
instructor qualifications and education programs; modifying certain fees;
clarifying certain misconduct reporting requirement provisions, provisions
