  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to child care; appropriating money for 
  1.3             purposes of the basic sliding fee child care program. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $35,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of children, families, and learning for the fiscal 
  1.8   year ending June 30, 2001, for purposes of the basic sliding fee 
  1.9   child care program.
